Sophie is on her way..

Due to complications with my blood pressure and fluid build up, Dr. Daniel has said it is time for our sweet Sophie to come. We covet your prayers during these hours of trial. We ask that you contact us only through our web page. Carlton will be updating the page at the hospital.

Just thought I might add how God's timing is perfect. Today, January 22, 2008 is the 35th anniversary of the Roe vs. Wade decision. Our little girl Sophie, wants the world to know that every life matters. All the speeches and rallys will send a message but no message speaks louder than the 8 month journey of our sweet baby.

TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!

I love you all, my devotion verse this morning in my Journey devotion magazine was Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto nations. I thank god for you all and especially my niece Sophie Ann because this verse rings so true of her! I love you Amber

You are certainly a matter of prayer right now and have been for the last eight months. Please know that we love y'all very much and are most proud for the decision you've made to give little Sophie life!

Hey Mrs. Aimee!
I pray for you, the family, and for dear Sophie.
God really does have a plan for Sophie and we should trust in him with no fear.
I've prayed that your family will keep strong and trust in the Lord and, also for Sophie.
I've learned so much from you.
I love you!
Love,
Emily

Aimee and Carlton-

Just know that you are being bathed in prayer today. I know all of us at M&M's and Anniston Bible Church have been praying for you throughout this time. Our passage today at M&M's was so appropriate -

Psalm 121 I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.... The LORD shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul.
The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore.

We will continue to pray for God's all sustaining grace for your precious family.

Carlton and Aimee,

I am praying for you both and for your children. I know this is difficult for you, but also know God is in control.
